Your Tunisian doctor, wherever you are

Alo Docteur is built for Tunisians abroad as much as for those living in Tunisia. You speak to a doctor who understands your language and your situation, from your phone.

Alo Docteur is already used in more than 10 countries: all you need is an internet connection and a phone or browser.

Why Tunisians abroad use it

  • Speak Tunisian Arabic or French, with no language barrier
  • Skip weeks of waiting for a local appointment
  • A second look at test results or a treatment started in Tunisia
  • See a doctor at any hour despite the time difference, with 24/7 urgent calls
  • Prescriptions and notes kept in one place, in the app

How it works

  1. 01

    Search or request

Choose a doctor by specialty, or name your time and request an urgent call if nothing published suits you.

  2. 02

    Call by video

Join a secure video call at the time booked, from your phone or your browser.

  3. 03

    Everything grouped in your app

Prescriptions and test results arrive in your app, encrypted with your own code: only you and your doctor can open them — not even the Alo Docteur team.

A Tunisian prescription is not always accepted by pharmacies in another country, so check the local rules. In an emergency, call the emergency number of the country you are in (112 in Europe, 911 in Canada).

Frequently asked questions

Which language is the consultation in?

With a Tunisian doctor, in Tunisian Arabic or French. The support team answers in Arabic, French and English.

Will my prescription be valid abroad?

Not always: each country has its own rules. The doctor can advise you, and the prescription stays in the app so you can show it to a local doctor.

What if the call does not happen?

If you cancel before the visit starts, if the doctor cancels, or if no doctor accepts your urgent call, you get a full refund.
