Delete your Alo Docteur account

1. How to delete

In the app: Profile (patients) or Settings (doctors) → Delete my account. On the web: Settings → Delete my account.

Without the app: email support@alo-docteur.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my Alo Docteur account".

Upcoming visits are cancelled and refunded under our refund policy. Within 30 days you can sign in and choose "Keep my account"; cancelled visits are not restored.

2. What is deleted

After 30 days, your account, profile and sign-in details are deleted and your account is anonymised.

3. What is kept

To meet our legal obligations, we keep medical records and payment records for 10 years. Support requests and access logs are kept for 3 years, and backups for up to 12 months. A doctor's notes and files stay in their patients' records.
