1. Who we are
Alo Docteur is operated by Société Bonavie, SUARL, RNE 2001955Q, Route de Teniour km 9, Rue Afrique, 3041 Sakiet Ezzit, Sfax, Tunisia. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
Your account details (name, email address, date of birth and, for patients, an identity document number are required; phone number and photo are optional), your health record, messages and files, your bookings and payments, and technical data about your device. For doctors, also professional, verification and bank details.
3. How we use it
We use your information to provide the service: your account, your visits with doctors, your record, payments and refunds, notifications and support. We also use it to keep the service secure and to meet our legal obligations.
4. Who receives it
Doctors you book or send a request to, and our service providers for hosting, payments, email, notifications and support, who must protect your data as this policy does. Some providers are outside Tunisia. We disclose data when the law requires it.
5. Security
We protect your data with security measures appropriate to health data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we keep medical records and payment records for 10 years to meet our legal obligations. See delete your account.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct and delete your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent by writing to support@alo-docteur.com.
8. Children
Accounts are for people aged 18 or over.
