Everything grouped in your app
Prescriptions and test results arrive in your app, encrypted with your own code: only you and your doctor can open them — not even the Alo Docteur team.
Alo Docteur is not an emergency service. Chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting or signs of a stroke: call 190 (SAMU) or 198 (Civil Protection) in Tunisia. Abroad, call the local emergency number (112 in Europe).
Frequently asked questions
How does a video consultation with a paediatrician work?
You pick a time or request an urgent call, then join a secure video call from your phone or browser. Afterwards, the prescription, test requests and the doctor's notes are in your app.
Can I get a prescription?
Yes, if the doctor decides a treatment is right for you. The prescription is added to your file in the app. If you need to be examined in person, the doctor will tell you.
What if the appointment is cancelled?
If you cancel before the visit starts, if the doctor cancels, or if no doctor accepts your urgent call, you get a full refund.
Can I consult from abroad?
Yes. Alo Docteur is built for Tunisians abroad too: you speak to a Tunisian doctor, in Tunisian Arabic or French, wherever you are.
